The UPS-500 enables you to pack granular products, such as dry pet food, animal feeds and also fine products, such as food ingredients, chemicals, minerals and adhesives into type and size of bag.The same machine can handle paper, plastic, WPP, jute and cotton bags. It can change from filling pillow bags and / or gusseted bags - without needing any manual adjustment.Where ease of cleaning, reliability and flexibility are essential, the UPS-500 will satisfy your requirements perfectly.The positive method of bag handling makes the UPS-500 particularly suitable for packing very fine and aerated products such as flour and cement based building products.Owing to a unique product de-aeration and bag filling concept, it is possible to compact and reduce the volume inside the bag whilst maintaining a high bagging rate.The technique of clamping and continuously holding the top of the bag throughout the packing cycle has been adopted in the design of this machine.The moving parts of the machine are housed within an enclosed mono-block structure, with glazed panels and interlocked inspection doors. The machine is quiet and clean even when packing dusty products.The UPS-500 includes various bag closing systems:-Sewing, folding, taping and heat sealing of plastic bags and the PE inner liner inside plastic bags.
