The UP-1000 is an automatic, open mouth bagging system suitable for packing granular products such as cat litter in to bag sizes ranging from 5-50kg.No manual intervention is needed with the UP-1000 which means that changing from one bag size to another or changing the packing rate is done automatically via an integrated system.This system enables the customer to operate the machine by a single control panel. Any abnormality which may occur during the filling cycle is displayed on the LCD (liquid crystal display) on the operators control panel.The UP-1000 can also apply various sewing systems. The standard system is to fold and sew the bag top with crepe paper or adhesive tape, or, as an alternative it can be combined with different closing devices, for example heat sealing, gluing and folding.
